The course Democracy and its Critics taught by Phillip Mitsis had a regional seminar in Greece. Ancient architectural masterpieces and vibrant small towns, lush green mountainous landscapes and a sea that was kindling its own symphony, Greece had it all. Over the course of five days, the class traveled to a number of places which not only led to a deeper understanding of the Greek history, the culture and the people, but also resulted in some remarkable photographic memories.
